This is a new programme of training aimed at managers and staff in credit unions and CDFIs. Much of the material in this programme has recently evolved out of innovative new projects that have been trialled in various credit unions around the country. It aims to bring together both experienced and newer staff together to explore different approaches to achieve business growth.
