CBP Action Learning Programme
The Community Banking Partnerhip (CBP) Action Learning Programme provides an environment for the development and sharing of CBP expertise, knowledge, tools, structures and best practice. Its participants are members of the CBP Action Learning Set (ALS).
Although all CBP developments share certain features in common, the flexibility and elasticity of the CBP model, as well as its wide applicability, allow the adoption of a diversity of approaches. That diverity reflects that of both the communities and the existing organizational frameworks in which they are being developed. The knowledge and experience gained in one area can be of tremendous benefit to another, and the CBP Action Learning Set provides a framework for such sharing and mutual training.
Members of the Community Banking Partnerhip Action Learning Set can access the CBP ALS forum and shared material.
This page is currently under construction, but detailed information about the Community Banking Partnership ALS will be here shortly. Meanwhile you can find out how to particpate by emailing or by sending us a message using the contact form (selecting the appropriate category from the drop-down list).
